Eagles of Death Metal frontman calls student anti-gun protests “pathetic and disgusting”
Jesse Hughes, frontman for Eagles of Death Metal and a survivor of a horrific mass shooting, doesn’t think much of the student anti-gun protests that we saw over the weekend.
Hughes is a hardcore gun enthusiast and supporter of the Second Amendment. He feels that what we saw with the March for Life was “pathetic and disgusting.”

In case you’re wondering, Hughes is a Trump fan. Another post (one of three he deleted) reported by Consequence of Sound reads:
A third image shared by Hughes opens with a frame of a pill bottle labeled, “Pills That Are Hard to Swallow.” In the second frame, a hand is holding three pills, each of which contains a different caption: “Our guns aren’t going anywhere”; “There are only 2 genders”; and “Donald Trump will be your president for 7 ore years.” In the accompanying Instagram caption, Hughes warned “moronic dingdong headed losers” that he would report any threats made against him to the FBI.

What a douche. So it’s ok for the band to soak up as much media attention as possible when they go through something like this, but hey, if it happens to teens who actually want to make a change then this idiot starts waving the NRA flag.
