Using Vegetables as Musical Instruments. You Read That Right.

I have no idea what reader Tom was doing at the website from Modern Farmer–although, like me, he’s from Manitoba, so that could be the excuse–but whilst browsing through the normal selection of agriculture-related stories, he chanced upon an article entitled “Need a New Hobby? We Recommend Playing Musical Vegetables.”

For example, if you’re get bored down on the farm, you can try this with celery…

…or this with a sturdy carrot.
