Live Nation has announced its $30 concert ticket sale

Here in North America, we have a very short outdoor touring season, so if an artist wants to make enough money to sustain themselves over the rest of the year, they have to get out and play live. But with so many artists on the road and with concert ticket budgets tightening, it’s unrealistic to expect fans to pay full price.

Live Nation is very aware of this, especially when it comes to putting bums in seats in the amphitheatres they own. Fans are being incentivized to open their wallets with LN’s “$30 Ticket to Summer” offer. Tickets for more than a thousand shows will go on sale May 21. Acts include:

  • Avril Lavigne
  • Barenaked Ladies
  • Billy Idol
  • Black Keys
  • Coheed and Cambria
  • Doobie Brothers
  • Goo Goo Dolls
  • Halsey
  • James Taylor
  • Live + Collective Soul
  • Offspring
  • Papa Roach + Rise Against
  • Rod Stewart
  • $uicideboy$
  • Weird Al

Further details as we get closer to the on-sale date.
