The Smashing Pumpkins’ Billy Corgan is getting into unscripted TV

Billy Corgan of the Smashing Pumpkins knows a thing or two about scripting things, specifically with his ownership involvement in the National Wrestling Alliance. If he doesn’t have an active role in creating all the storylines, he’s certainly always aware of where things are going in his league and their pay-per-view extravaganzas.

Billy has a new TV project that takes him into the realm of the unscripted. Billy Corgan’s Adventures in Carnyland premieres May 14 on the CW app and cwtv.com.

The eight-episode series follows Billy as he looks after a bunch of wrestlers while he also tries to maintain order the Pumpkins as he raises two kids (Augustus Juppiter and Philomena Clementine) and plans a wedding to his fiancé Chloe. She also runs multiple business in both the hospitality and fashion industry.

Can Billy keep it all together? I guess we’ll find out. Call it Keeping Up with the Corgans.
