This Bowie-inspired video for Ukraine is what the world needs right now

The Russian invasion is nearly three years old–12, if you want to count the illegal annexation of Crimea. The Ukrainian people continue to defy the odds, holding and repelling Putin’s minions. Support for Ukraine is strong around the world.

This new video brings more awareness to what’s going on in Ukraine. David Bowie’s “Heroes” has been adapted by the country’s leading female musicians along with Mike Garson, one of Bowie’s favourite pianists. I love that it was edited by David Dobson, President Zelenskyy’s longtime film collaborator.
